2. What Precision Budget Is
Precision Budget is a personal finance tool that helps you build budgets, track bills, set savings goals, plan debt payoff, and monitor net worth. It is a self directed organizing tool. It does not connect to your bank, move money, or execute transactions.
3. Not Financial Advice
The app, the website, and any included guides are provided for informational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional. Any decisions you make using the app are your own responsibility.
4. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter.
- You are responsible for keeping your own backups of your data.
- You agree to use the app only for lawful personal purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
The Precision Budget name, logo, design, app, guides, templates, and all related content are owned by Precision Budget and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them for your personal use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative products from them without written permission.
6. Digital Products
Digital products sold through our Etsy shop, such as the Command Center workbook and the Master Your Money guide, are licensed for your personal use only. Because they are instant digital downloads, sales are subject to the return policy listed on each product page.
7. No Warranty
The app, website, and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular financial outcome, result, or savings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Budget is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, website, or products, including any financial losses or decisions made based on the tools.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
